We are seeking a Employer Engagement Administration Apprentice o join our team. In this role you will, provide professional and responsive support for the Employer Engagement team and be the first point of contact for employer enquiries. You will be responsible for efficiently managing communications, coordinating appointments and meetings for Account Managers, and supporting employer relationships through timely follow-up and scheduling of feedback meetings.

About the role:
- Manage the employer engagement team inbox, voicemails and calls, supporting with enquiries where possible and signposting to account managers.
- Manage enquiries and bookings for full cost course, including providing joining instructions and guidance in a timely manner.
- Meet and greet delegates for any full-cost courses or events.
- Skilled in use of Microsoft IT packages
- Strong Written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to offer high levels of customer service
- Understanding and commitment to safeguarding the welfare of children and vulnerable adults, creating a safe learning environment.
- Minimum of Level 2 qualification in English and Mathematics GCSE 4+ or C and above / CSE Level 1 / O-Level C or above / Level 2 Adult Numeracy or Literacy or equivalent
