Location: Fully Remote | Flexible Working Hours
Salary: £65-75,000 + bonus

OVERVIEW
This role offers exceptional flexibility, allowing you to choose your working days and hours, on a completely remote basis. You will manage a diverse caseload of employment law matters, providing high-quality legal advice and representation to clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage a varied caseload of employment law matters, including unfair dismissal, discrimination, redundancy, settlement agreements, and employment tribunal claims.
- Provide clear, practical, and commercially focused legal advice to clients.
- Handle client enquiries and convert leads into instructions.
ABOUT YOU
- 5PQE+ Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with experience in employment law, either contentious and/or non-contentious matters.
- Ability to manage your own caseload and work independently.
- Self-motivated and organised with the ability to work remotely.
- Comfortable handling inbound client leads and converting them into instructions.
