Able to lift 40 lbs. without assistance, Adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Safety Standards, Cleanroom: no hair products, jewelry, makeup, nail polish, perfume, exposed piercings, facial hair etc... allowed, Cold Room/Freezers -22degreesF/-6degrees C, Fluctuating Temps hot/cold, Loud Noises (Equipment/Machinery), Some degree of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs etc.), Strong Odors (chemical, lubricants, biological products etc.), Warehouse, Will work with hazardous/toxic materials, Working at heights

ical experience working with an experienced engineering team across various engineering disciplines. You'll gain valuable exposure to meaningful projects while receiving professional mentorship and development opportunities to support your career growth.
You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to strategic initiatives, and develop practical skills through hands-on experience. Whether you're interested in automation, manufacturing, plant work, or design work, you'll be supported and enabled to achieve your career goals.
You'll work with the team to undertake equipment breakdown fixes, perform preventative maintenance, plant improvement projects, automation projects, and calibration activities, while working alongside experienced colleagues.
The role works in conjunction with a local college to support you on your journey with an NVQ Level 3 in Manufacturing Engineering, which runs alongside a BTEC level 3, leading onto an HNC level 4 in General Engineering.
REQUIREMENTS:
