I help to keep people safe and warm by…
- Leading and managing a team of Project Managers and operational staff, fostering a high-performance culture through effective development and motivation strategies. You will be responsible for upholding stringent health, safety, and environmental standards in all engineering activities, conducting regular audits and inspections to ensure regulatory compliance.
Essential Experience and Skills:
- Proven track record managing engineering teams in safety-critical environments
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in an engineering discipline
- IOSH Managing Safely certification
- Progress towards a professional engineering qualification
