Role Overview:
We are seeking experienced Enterprise Data Architects to support our Specialty Lines (SL) and CRM initiatives starting in early 2026. This role will focus on designing and managing enterprise-wide data architecture to ensure data consistency, integrity, and accessibility across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain enterprise data architecture frameworks supporting SL and CRM systems.
Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable data architecture solutions.
Define data standards, policies, and governance strategies to ensure high data quality and regulatory compliance.
Lead the integration of data from multiple sources into a unified enterprise data model.
Support data migration, data warehousing, and master data management initiatives.
Provide architectural guidance and best practices for enterprise data management and analytics.
Ensure alignment of data architecture with overall enterprise architecture and business objectives.
Evaluate and recommend appropriate data management tools and technologies.
Mentor and guide junior data architects and data management teams.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Enterprise Data Architect or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of data modeling, database design, and data integration techniques.
Experience within the insurance domain, particularly Specialty Lines (SL), and CRM systems is highly desirable.
Familiarity with data governance frameworks and compliance standards.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Relevant certifications such as TOGAF or Certified Data Management Professional are a plus.
