ERP Specialist
Location: Larbert (Head Office) with travel to UK sites
Salary: Up to £70,000
The Role
An ERP Project Manager is required to take ownership of ERP project delivery across the organisation. This is a hands-on role responsible for planning, managing and successfully delivering ERP implementations across multiple sites.
The role is based at the Larbert head office, with travel required to other UK locations to support project delivery and system rollouts.
This is not purely a governance position. The ERP Project Manager will be actively involved in the detail of projects including planning, testing, training, cutover activities and post go-live support.
Key Responsibilities
-Leads ERP projects end-to-end from initial scoping through to go-live and stabilisation
-Builds and manages detailed project plans including tasks, owners, dependencies, risks and timelines
-Chairs regular project meetings and site catch-ups, tracking actions and ensuring progress ---remains on schedule
-dentifies and removes project blockers to maintain delivery momentum
Hands-On ERP Ownership
Delivers implementations and upgrades of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
Coordinates testing cycles, data migration, system cutover and go-live activities
Works closely with finance teams to support real-world processes and reporting requirements
Owns post go-live support and system stabilisation to ensure successful adoption
Coordinates user training and provides early-life support during system rollouts
Stakeholder & Vendor Management
-Works directly with finance, operations, site teams and senior stakeholders across the business
-Manages third-party vendors and implementation partners on a day-to-day basis
-Provides clear project updates and escalates risks or issues when required
Skills & Experience
-Proven experience delivering ERP implementations in a hands-on project management role
-Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
-Comfortable coordinating testing, training, cutover and go-live activities personally
-Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
-Willingness to travel to company sites when required
