The Risk team works in partnership across Covéa to support informed decision‑making and positive outcomes. We bring diverse perspectives, curiosity, and practical insight to help embed risk as a performance enabler. As the function continues to evolve, we are focused on strengthening risk culture, enhancing the quality of risk data and MI, and continuously improving how risk supports strategic decision‑making. • You’ll play a key role in Providing Line 2 oversight

• Experience in enterprise risk within Financial Services (General Insurance would be a bonus), or a strong interest in building your expertise in this space
• Skills in Risk, with the ability to break down complex issues and explain them clearly—and a curiosity to keep learning and developing
• Experience leading and influencing at senior level, with a focus on coaching, capability uplift and setting expectations for high‑quality technical judgement
• An organised, thoughtful way of working
• A focus on making a real impact—using risk insight to support better decisions and deliver positive outcomes for customers and colleagues
