The Role
In this Entry Level Recruiter role, you’ll join our award‑winning training programme designed to develop you into a confident, high‑performing recruiter. You’ll build core skills across sales, business development, and lead generation, while learning how to manage the full recruitment lifecycle. At Meet, we give both inexperienced and experienced professionals the opportunity to thrive in a high-performing, fast-paced sales environment.
What You’ll Do
- Own your 360 recruitment desk: sourcing candidates & winning new clients
- Building and nurturing relationships with candidates and clients
- Use tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, cold calling, and referrals
- Become a market expert in Life Sciences
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience, from screen to onboarding
- Collaborate with hiring managers to meet their recruitment needs
- Keep your pipeline and CRM up to date
What We’re Looking For
- Sales-focused mindset & hunger to succeed
- Outbound sales experience (a big plus!)
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred, not essential)
- Resilience, drive, and a team-player attitude

What You’ll Get
- Uncapped commission – earn £35k–£45k in Year 1, £50k–£70k+ in Year 2
