Description

Entry level recruitment consultant – delivery / sourcing (180)

Location: Manchester

Working pattern: Initially 4 days in the office, moving to 3 days in office / 2 days remote Salary: competitive basic + commission

Harnham is the global leader in Data and Analytics recruitment. For nearly 20 years we have helped some of the world’s most exciting companies build specialist data, AI and technology teams.

We work with organisations ranging from fast-growing start-ups to global brands across the UK, Europe and the US. With offices internationally and a strong reputation in one of the fastest-growing areas of technology, we provide our consultants with access to high-quality clients, specialist markets and real career progression.

As part of our continued growth, we are launching a brand new recruitment team in Manchester.

We are hiring entry-level recruitment consultants to join the team in a delivery / sourcing (180) role, focused on working with candidates and supporting live client mandates.

This is a hot desk with existing clients and active roles from day one, meaning you will be working on real recruitment processes immediately rather than needing to generate business.

The role

As a delivery consultant you will work closely with experienced consultants across the business who manage our client relationships.

Your role will focus on identifying and engaging high-quality candidates for live recruitment mandates across the UK, Europe and US markets.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Sourcing candidates using LinkedIn and other platforms
  • Speaking with candidates to understand their experience and career goals
  • Qualifying candidates for live roles with our clients
  • Managing candidates through interview processes
  • Building talent pipelines within specialist technology markets

  • This role is ideal for someone who enjoys communication, relationship building and working in a fast-paced environment.

    What we look for

We are open to candidates from a range of backgrounds including graduates or people early in their careers.

You may be a good fit if you are:

    • Confident speaking with people and building relationships
    • Motivated by performance and career progression
    • Curious about technology, data and AI
    • Organised and able to manage multiple priorities
    • Resilient and comfortable working towards targets

Previous recruitment experience is not required as training will be provided.

    Why join Harnham

    • Join a brand new Manchester team and grow with the office
    • Work with established clients and live roles from day one
    • No business development required in this role
    • Exposure to UK, EU and US recruitment markets
    • Structured training and development
    • Competitive basic salary plus commission

The role will initially be four days per week in the Manchester office, moving to three days in the office and two days remote once the team is established.
