ESR Self Service Administrator, Band 3 (37.5 hours a week)
We have an exciting opportunity to join our People, Planning and Workforce Information team as an ESR Self Service Administrator, providing system support within the Electronic Staff Record (ESR). We are looking for a motivated, organised and enthusiastic individual with previous administrative or IT experience. We support hybrid working or job share as a flexible employer, with the expectation of on site working each week.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the ESR Self Service Specilist in developing the system so it is used for all departments and staff groups across the Trust.
-Provide support to ensure that hierarchies are maintained in such a way as to enable the supervisor's responsibilities to meet the needs of the Trust, divisional leads, and external bodies.
- Assist with the inputting of data as required and using reporting tools to monitor usage of key functionality within the system.
- Provide ongoing general advice and support to staff. These tasks may be carried out by telephone, face to face, virtually and email.
- Monitor progress of set tasks and be able to identify and report problems regularly to senior members of the team.
- Adapt work streams as and when required, including the prioritisation of tasks, to meet the needs of the department and the Trust.
- Assist in any other tasks required to achieve the Team objectives.
