This is an exciting opportunity to join the Workforce Systems team as an Establishment Control Manager, playing a key role in improving workforce data quality, financial governance, and organisational decision-making across the Trust.
You will lead the day-to-day management of Establishment Control, ensuring alignment between ESR and the General Ledger. Your work will directly support safe staffing, accurate workforce planning, and effective financial control. Working closely with Finance, HR, Recruitment and operational teams, you will oversee establishment changes, resolve discrepancies, and embed consistent, auditable processes.
We are looking for a proactive, detail-focused individual with strong analytical skills and experience working with workforce data and systems, ideally ESR. You will be confident working with complex information, building relationships, and influencing stakeholders to improve processes and outcomes.
Joining us at a pivotal time, you will play an important role in preparing the Trust as an early implementor of the NHS Workforce Solution, helping to ensure high-quality, reliable workforce data.
