The Property Department at MBNL is at the heart of managing and maintaining our shared and unilateral network estate. From greenfield radio masts to rooftop sites and third-party structures, we ensure that our infrastructure remains safe, accessible, and operational.

We’re looking for a proactive and pragmatic Estates Case Manager to join our team. You’ll be the go-to expert for resolving access issues and incidents across our network estate. Your work will directly impact the safety, reliability, and performance of our infrastructure.

This role demands, a knack for problem-solving, and the ability to collaborate across departments—from Legal and Health & Safety to Design and external suppliers. You’ll also engage directly with Site Providers and their representatives to ensure swift and effective resolution of issues. This is a hybrid role with a minimum of 2 days per week in our Central Reading office.

What you’ll do:

• Assess and manage incidents affecting site access or condition
• Develop and implement resolution plans
• Manage Out of Bounds and Dead Sites where Property & Legal is the resolving agent
• Resolve issues to ensure sites remain safely operational
• Provide consistent, pragmatic advice to internal teams and stakeholders
• Support Shareholders, Suppliers, and Contractors
• Identify opportunities for infrastructure improvement

• Experience in managing telecoms infrastructure
• Experience in general infrastructure management
