A bit about the role
Our Estates Co-ordinator role reports directly to the Estates Business Support Manager. This role offers the opportunity to lead the day-to-day operations of our Estates administrative team, whilst also managing our in-house Estates helpdesk. You'll oversee the effective maintenance of our property databases and systems and support the delivery of national maintenance programs across the UK.
In this exciting position, you’ll supervise Estates Administrators and coordinate their efforts in assisting a designated Regional Estates Manager and an allocated area of services. You’ll ensure critical systems across Compliance, Salesforce, travel, and Health & Safety are consistently updated and maintained. You’ll also serve as a key contact for external contractors, gathering essential project information and helping resolve queries that require escalation.
Beyond administrative leadership, you’ll manage our transport fleet and utility contracts, with additional responsibilities for facilities management at our Cardiff Office. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, has excellent organisational skills, and is eager to make a lasting impact across our national Estates operations.
