We have a 12‑month Fixed Term Contract Estates Coordinator role supporting our North West portfolio. This role is hybrid, based primarily at Preston Healthport Hub, with regular travel across 14 local sites
The salary on offer is from £30,000 + £3,000 car allowance and 10% performance-based bonus.
Key Responsibilities
This role will support the delivery of high‑quality estates and facilities services across a diverse, multi‑site portfolio. Responsibilities include:
Experience in Facilities Management is preferred, however we are also open to candidates from customer‑focused or operational backgrounds who demonstrate strong communication skills, professionalism and a willingness to learn.
A driving licence is preferred but not essential, provided you can reliably travel between all sites.
