Key Responsibilities
This role will support approximately 15 sites across the South West London locality, providing a high‑quality, customer‑focused estates service. Duties include:
FM background is preferred but not essential - we can teach the technical elements. What matters most is attitude, organisation and strong people skills.
Where You'll Be
You will be supporting sites across Wandsworth, Wimbledon, Mitcham, Morden and Chessington.
This is a hybrid working role, and you will:
Because of the travel needed across the patch, a car and valid driving licence are essential.
