Balfour Beatty is looking for an Estimator to join our Asset and Technology Solutions department in the Modular Accommodation Team in Derby. What you'll be doing
- Supporting the production of cost estimates and quotations for modular building solutions.
- Learning how to interpret design specifications and market rates to create competitive tenders.
- Assisting in managing customer enquiries and helping to maintain a strong pipeline of new business.
- Collaborating with internal teams including operations, commercial, and procurement.
- Helping to review building fleet conditions and contribute to refurbishment cost estimates.
- Gaining exposure to industry legislation and best practices in modular construction.
- A proactive and curious mindset – someone who enjoys solving problems and learning new things.
