We Are Looking For a Brilliant ETA Who Will
- Provide learning and care support 1:1 with a pupil with complex needs.
- Adapt support offered according to individual needs, with compassion and empathy.
- Have experience working with children with complex needs in an Early Years/KS1 setting.
- Explore communication styles with a child who is pre-verbal, and has English as a second language.
- Be confident, flexible, patient and solution-focused.
- Build positive relationships with staff, external colleagues, pupils and families.
- Commit to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
