European Lead – Mission Critical (Data Centres)

An exceptional opportunity to lead the European mission critical and data centre business for a high-performing, private equity–backed global project & cost consultancy.
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will set the regional strategy, own P&L performance, and drive growth across key European markets. This is a senior, hands-on role combining leadership, client development, and delivery excellence in one of the fastest-growing sectors in the industry.
Key focus areas:
• European leadership of the mission critical business
• Growth of hyperscale, colocation, and developer clients
• P&L ownership and commercial performance
• Building and leading a high-performing, multi-country team
• Acting as a senior industry ambassador across Europe
About you:
• Senior experience in mission critical / data centre delivery
• Strong European client network and commercial credibility
• Proven leader with a track record of growing teams and winning work
