Job Summary:
We’re looking for an experienced and proactive Events Coordinator to lead the delivery of high-impact corporate events and trade shows across the UK and internationally. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where you’ll take full ownership of event execution - from concept through to delivery - creating engaging, high-quality experiences that support business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver corporate events and trade shows in the UK and internationally
- Own end-to-end event delivery, including venues, budgets, timelines, and success metrics
- Coordinate vendors, suppliers, and all event logistics (travel, accommodation, F&B, attendee management)
- Manage contracts, payments, internal approvals, and reporting
- Develop event content and oversee creative production with design teams
- Run day-to-day event operations including registrations, RSVPs, and issue resolution
- Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners
Required Skills:
- Extensive experience delivering B2B corporate events, conferences, or trade shows
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Proven ability to manage complex projects independently from concept to execution
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience managing budgets, suppliers, agencies, and venues
- Highly organised with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Experience with event technology platforms (e.g. Cvent)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
Travel Requirements: Up to 30% including international travel
