Join Pure Pet Food’s rapidly scaling Direct Sales team and lead from the front. You’ll run and support field events, coach Brand Ambassadors, and own weekly results. Our channel has grown 5x since 2022 and is set to double again - top performers progress quickly (think Area Sales Manager within 12 months).
🗓 Schedule: Friday-Tuesday (Future progression opportunities operate Monday-Friday).
💰 Earnings: £40k - £50k basic + realistic £70k-80k OTE
📍 Location: South of England (London/Reading ideal)
You’ll:
- Lead from the front at events and drive conversions
- Help recruit, train, and coach Brand Ambassadors
- Track KPIs, refine messaging, and improve hit rates
You are:
- Competitive, detail‑obsessed, and excellent at communicating
- Proven leader or entrepreneur; data‑savvy and accountable
- Fully licensed (UK driving licence) with your own vehicle
