The Aston Martin Aramco Formula One® Team are searching for a highly motivated Events Executive as a new addition to their Trackside Operations Team.

This role is a fantastic opportunity to progress your career and harness your skill set within the international events industry, whilst working for an illustrious luxury British brand.


The Events Executive plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional, world-class trackside experiences for our VIP guests, while maintaining strong operational and organisational skills supporting the overall team with their day-to-day operations. The Events Executive plays a key role in developing our global hospitality offering, forming close relationships with stakeholders, guests, and the overall Aston Martin Aramco Formula One® Team.


The role will be based in Silverstone with regular to travel to London, as well as supporting the team trackside at races throughout the F1 Calendar.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Trackside Operations Team with coordinating all trackside hospitality, including providing occasional support to the off-track events team.
  • Support the organisation of race hospitality events, including VIP hospitality, logistics, obtaining guest list information, scheduling, and photo briefs.
  • Take responsibility for innovating the guest management information systems to ensure the creation of new, tailor-made experiences for our VIP guests at each race.
  • Create the master schedule, run of show, garage tour timetable, event briefs to ensure all relevant internal departments are well-informed of key event timings and information.
  • Lead the creation of all guest collateral, ensuring that all partners and guests are adequately informed.
  • Manage project timelines on the digital project management platform to ensure the team meet key deadlines.
  • Provide support for Partner Paddock activations.
  • Assist with data capture and reporting of on-track hospitality experiences.
  • Support the Freight Management Lead by ensuring all trackside equipment is ordered and stock counts are up to date.
  • Assist the team in reviewing and innovating processes within the wider commercial department
  • Offer day-to-day administrative support to the Trackside Operations Team, including invoicing, raising purchase orders, setting up suppliers, and diary management.
  • Help manage trackside budgets, ensuring they are kept up to date, reconciling them, and providing post-event reports.
  • Ensure that all folders are maintained and updated with the latest information for internal use.
  • Provide support, where necessary, with team events, including the End of Season, Summer parties, and Partner events.
  • Research and analysis.
  • Undertake any other reasonable duties as assigned by the company.
