Events Manager - Creative Sector/Arts

If you're someone who thrives on turning plans into seamless experiences, this role offers the chance to lead a vibrant events programme in a role that's both dynamic and impactful. Our client needs an hands-on, detail-oriented Events Manager to oversee a busy calendar of in-person, virtual, and hybrid events, all designed to showcase their work, build reputation, and engage key audiences.
In this role you will:
- Take ownership of the end-to-end delivery of multiple events, managing timelines, logistics, and stakeholders
- Coordinate all aspects of event operations, including venue find, suppliers, and technical production
- Lead on-the-day delivery, ensuring smooth execution and a professional experience for all attendees
- Manage event budgets, sourcing and overseeing suppliers to get the best value
- Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to support content, branding, and post-event evaluation
To be successful, you will need:
- Proven experience delivering a high volume of events across varied formats
- Excellent organisational and project management skills
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines under pressure
- Strong stakeholder management skills, comfortable working with senior colleagues and external partners
- Experience in both in-person and virtual/hybrid event delivery
It would also be beneficial if you have experience within the creative or cultural sectors or supporting senior leadership at major events.
