About the role
You will join Climate Group’s Events team, working closely with Communications, Content, Marketing and senior leadership. The team delivers a portfolio of high‑profile events that support our mission to drive climate action through collaboration, including global convenings, leadership roundtables and Climate Week NYC. These events bring together governments, businesses and partners to share solutions and accelerate progress. More information is on our website.
By supporting event planning and delivery, you will help turn strategy into action. You will contribute to well‑run, engaging experiences for delegates, speakers and partners, ensuring the right people connect effectively. Through strong organisation, communication and hands‑on support, you will help enable impactful conversations that advance climate leadership globally.

Where you’ll work
Based in our London office, near the iconic Tower Bridge, you’ll enjoy a flexible hybrid working arrangement of five days in the office over the fortnight.
Our office is designed to support both collaborative work and focused individual time. It includes accessible facilities, a well-equipped gym, secure bike storage, and showers. Plus, we’re easy to reach by bike and public transport.
The role will require occasional international travel.

This is a full-time permanent position The salary offered is £29,500 to £30,249 per annum, based on experience.
