To provide general administrative support to the Essex Wellbeing Service / Single Point of Access, including managing Priority Digital Health and SystmOne caseloads, registering clients onto the system, completing emails and tasks, managing waiting lists, handling telephone enquiries, and sharing documentation and referrals in a timely and efficient manner. The role involves supporting individuals, including young people and vulnerable adults, through the Single Point of Access, while ensuring confidentiality, safeguarding, and full compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and professional standards.

Main duties of the job

Administrative Support

• To provide general administrative support to the Essex Wellbeing Service / Single Point of Access.
• To manage Priority Digital Health and SystmOne caseloads, including registration of clients onto the system, email and task completion, managing waiting lists, completing telephone calls to a specific cohort of clients, and other general administrative functions to support the team.
• Ensure all data is kept confidential and complies with information governance standards.
  
  

Project Support

• To assist with additional projects as requested by the EWS.
  
  

Communication & Liaison

• To deal with telephone enquiries promptly and professionally, escalating those requiring input from other colleagues.
• To liaise with other departments as appropriate and ensure documentation and referrals are shared with relevant organisations in a timely and efficient manner.
  
  

Teamwork & Time Management

• To work independently and collaboratively as part of a team to ensure deadlines and timescales are met.
  
  

Regulated Activity

• The role involves supporting individuals, including young people and vulnerable adults, through the Single Point of Access on an unsupervised basis. This may include instructing, assessing, providing advice and/or guidance on well-being, and requires full adherence to safeguarding and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all interactions comply with relevant policies, procedures, and professional standards.
