About The Role
We are seeking an organised and detail focused Exams, Eligibility and MIS Officer to join our Haringey Learns team. This role plays a central in ensuring the secure and compliant delivery of examinations and the accuracy of learner data.
You will act as the lead for exam compliance and data integrity, ensuring all assessments and external examinations meet JCQ and awarding body regulations. With a high level of autonomy, you will oversee eligibility checks, exam scheduling, invigilator allocation and the secure handling of exam materials, while managing risks and meeting regulatory deadlines.
You will also take full ownership of MIS accuracy, producing high quality reports to support funding, quality assurance and service planning. Working closely with internal teams and external awarding bodies, you will provide expert guidance and help improve systems and processes that support learners and staff.
About The Team
Haringey learns is the post 19 adult and community education provider for Haringey Council. we deliver predominantly from Wood green but are actively working on taking adult education to the residents in the community. We are committed to play a key role in ensuring Haringey residents are offer high quality education which leads to good work and skills and is progressive, widens participation and fundamentally responds to local needs
About You
You will have experience delivering end to end exam administration and a strong understanding of exam compliance requirements, ideally within adult education or a similar learning environment. You are confident working with MIS systems and handling complex data accurately and securely.
You Will Bring
Proven knowledge of JCQ and awarding body regulations
Strong experience using MIS platforms, exam board portals and Excel
Excellent attention to detail and a methodical, analytical approach
Ability to manage competing deadlines and make sound operational decisions
Clear communication skills and confidence working with a wide range of stakeholders
You are proactive, resilient and committed to equality, safeguarding and continuous improvement, with the flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends during peak exam periods.
