What You’ll Bring
- Significant experience as an Executive Assistant, with direct experience supporting Exec level in a fast-paced environment
- Experience within a tech company or high-growth technology business is a strong advantage
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities under pressure and deliver to tight deadlines without dropping the ball
- Meticulous attention to detail across all outputs, from minutes to travel itineraries to executive communications
- A genuine curiosity for emerging AI capabilities and a track record of identifying where and how AI can reduce friction in an exec support context
- Experience with project management platforms, expense management tools and calendar tools across time zones
- The instinct to anticipate needs, identify risks and act decisively, without always waiting to be asked
- The credibility and interpersonal confidence to manage upwards, sideways and externally with equal effectiveness
- A creative eye, able to elevate presentations, reports and event experiences beyond the functional
- Confident phone and video presence, representing the executive team professionally at all times
