Role Summary and Impact
This role serves as an Executive Assistant within a high-performing team of experienced EAs and PAs, playing a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of the agency's executive operations.
The Executive Assistant provides proactive, consistent, and high-level support to the Chief Client Officer/EVP. The position requires exceptional organisation, discretion, and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise.
Key responsibilities include coordinating logistics for new business meetings held at Rose Court and ensuring clients receive an exceptional and seamless experience. The EA is expected to stay one step ahead at all times, proactively managing schedules, anticipating challenges, and implementing solutions before issues arise.
