This is an exciting opportunity to join our Major & Complex Loss team as a Executive Major Loss Adjuster in the London area. In this pivotal role, you will manage high-value commercial property claims from start to finish, ensuring exceptional service delivery for our clients and their customers. This role demands a proactive, conscientious approach, with flexibility to adapt during surge periods and the confidence to manage your own caseload independently.
We’re looking for a seasoned professional with a proven track record in handling major and complex loss claims, strong IT skills, and ideally ACII or ACILA qualifications. - Full UK driving licence as an essential requirement.

- IT proficiency, ideally with Microsoft Office and Excel knowledge.
- Excellent communication skills, including active listening and clear action-taking.
