In return, you’ll enjoy a competitive salary, company car or allowance, generous benefits including healthcare and pension schemes, and the chance to work with a market-leading team that values expertise and customer focus.

  • Team collaboration combined with the ability to work independently and manage your own caseload.
  • Relationship building to maintain strong connections with clients and customers throughout the claims process.
  • Empathy and understanding when dealing with sensitive situations.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to perform effectively during surge periods.
  • Strong organisational skills to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
  • Professional qualifications, ideally ACII/ACILA or equivalent.
  • Market awareness and account management experience as an advantage.

    • Flexible working options (home/office hybrid)

    Health & support

    • Private healthcare plan (including pre-existing conditions)
    • Life assurance
    • Employee assistance programme for wellbeing
    • Group Income Protection

    Other Benefits

    • Voluntary benefits – dental cover, cycle to work scheme, wellbeing and digital GP apps
    • Discounts on a wide range of products and services
