As Food & Beverage Duty Supervisor I work alongside the General Managers to support the delivery of the high-quality experience our passengers have grown to expect. I lead and develop a team of F&B Team Members and foster a culture of continuous improvement across all aspects of the department.

About The Role

Key Responsibilities
- I support the General Managers in the day-to-day operation of all F&B outlets, SkyLife Lounge, SkyCafe’s and the Navigator Pub
- I will lead, develop and inspire the F&B Team members
- I will be responsible for ensuring that the department work in line with all policies and procedures in line with Level 5 food safety, HACCP processes and Allergen regulations.
- I will be responsible for ensuring that all required reporting is documented
- I will fully embody the Airports ‘One Team’ culture and understand that there may be times when I am required to undertake other activities to support the needs of the business.
- I understand that the Airport is in operation 24/7 so I may be scheduled and expected to work any shift during operating hours, this will include early mornings, late nights, weekends, and bank holidays

- I hold a minimum of a level 2 in Food Safety
