About The Team And The Role
This is a new role and opportunity at The Hub in Sunderland. Joining the team you would be contributing to the smooth operation by handling a variety of tasks, including maintenance to office support, repairs and general upkeep. Our key focus is to provide a safe and functional work environment delivering a high level of customer service.
This role will require someone to work within a team as well as working on their own initiative. You will join us at a very important time of the year as we work through our customer transformation plan.
What You’ll Do
- Facilities maintenance and minor repairs – working with 3rd parties managing all services (M & E, catering, cleaning, waste management, etc) repairing minor repairs, logging faults and following up on resolutions
- Administrative support – access control, car parking permits, stock inventory
- Deliveries/Vending – To receive and stock take all shopping and miscellaneous orders and cross check against receipts and delivery notes daily
- Event management support – support various events throughout the year
- Health & Safety – Contribute to the overall H & S framework and policy
