Are you a Faciltities and Utiltiies Engineering Manager with a passion for operational excellence and leadership? We’re looking for a dynamic professional to take charge of managing utilities and facilities at our pharmaceuticals manufacturing site, ensuring seamless operations, cost efficiency, and compliance with the highest standards.
In this pivotal role, you’ll lead a team of talented Facilities & Utilities Technicians, oversee service contracts, and drive financial and legislative compliance—all while maintaining continuity and excellence on-site utilities.
** There is a particular requirement for experience of HVAC systems in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment; design, updgrade, installation, continuous improvement.**

How You Will Make An Impact
- Operational Contract Management: Coordinate Facility Management & Utilities procurement projects to ensure timely and complete delivery, while driving supplier performance improvements and resolving escalated issues.
- Previous operational (Facilities Management& Utilities) experience within a large pharmaceutical manufacturing / distribution facility
- Experience of HVAC systems in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment; design, updgrage, installation, continuous improvement.
