We have an exciting opportunity to join the Mansfield West Family Hub Team as a Family Support Practitioner. We offer services 0 - 19 years working with partner agencies. However, your role will be working predominately with children aged 0 – 5 years old and their families, both outreach and in the Family Hub. We offer a range of support needs for families such as parenting support, behaviour management, routines and boundaries. There will also be opportunity to deliver parenting courses and sessions for families. You will be offered training opportunities to enable you to fulfil your role.
Wednesday to Friday, working pattern may be open for negotiation.
