We have an exciting opportunity to join the Family Hub Team in Mansfield North and Mansfield West as a Family Support Practitioner. We offer services 0 -19 years working with partner agencies. However, your role will be working predominately with children aged 0 – 5 years old and their families, both outreach and in the Family Hub. We offer a range of support needs for families such as parenting support, behaviour management, routines and boundaries. There will also be opportunity to deliver parenting courses and sessions for families. You will be offered training opportunities to enable you to fulfil your role.

There are 2 temporary posts.

Post 1 - 22 hours at Mansfield North Family Hub for 2 years, ending September 2027.

Post 2 - 18.5 hours at Mansfield West Family Hub, initially until February 2026. This may be extended for a further year.
