Are you an experienced Psychotherapist with experience working with children and young people?

Join us at Marlborough House Adolescent Unit in Swindon, part of Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust. We are looking for a Family and Systemic Psychotherapist to deliver specialist systemic therapy for young people with complex mental health needs. Our inpatient unit is set in a calming environment with access to outdoor spaces, supporting therapeutic work that values connection with nature as part of recovery.

  • Provide specialist systemic assessments and interventions for young people, families, and carers.
  • Work autonomously in assessment, treatment planning, and discharge.
  • Offer consultation and supervision to colleagues and trainees, promoting systemic thinking across the team.
  • Contribute to risk assessment and management in a multidisciplinary setting.
  • Deliver training and live supervision to staff and support service development.
  • Engage in audit, research, and evaluation to improve outcomes.
