Venesky-Brown’s client, a public sector organisation in Edinburgh / Glasgow, is currently looking to recruit a FDI Dashboard Specialist for an initial 3 month contract on a rate of £600-£700/day (Inside IR35). This role will be mainly remote working.
Responsibilities:
- Designing, building and optimising FDI dashboards using Oracle Fusion Finance and HCM data.
- Configuring and validating FDAIP data pipelines and ensuring accurate data loads.
- Establishing and configuring user security roles, access controls and data visibility rules within FDI.
- Collaborating with Finance and HR stakeholders to define, prioritise and refine reporting requirements.
- Supporting the development of integrated corporate insight (e.g. workforce, cost, and forecasting dashboards).
- Reconciling FDI outputs with source systems (Fusion ERP/HCM) to ensure data integrity.
- Preparing and maintaining technical documentation for dashboards, data models and transformations.
- Develop and deliver end-to-end FDI dashboard solutions from data validation through to publishing and optimisation.
- Translate complex Finance and Workforce datasets into accessible, business-focused insight.
- Work closely with Oracle, OIC and internal data teams to manage dependencies and resolve issues.
- Ensure dashboards are scalable, sustainable and suitable for transition into BAU support.
- Maintain strong standards of data quality, consistency and usability.
Essential Skills:
- Demonstrable experience developing dashboards within Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI/FDAIP)
- Proven experience with Oracle Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW)
- Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion Finance and/or HCM data structures.
- Experience validating and reconciling enterprise data pipelines and reporting outputs.
- Proven ability to translate business reporting requirements into robust dashboards and data models.
- Experience configuring role-based access and security within enterprise analytics platforms.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills across Finance, HR and technical teams.
