Clinical Overview
The Client Requires
Tracheostomy care (in situ)
Ventilation support
Chest management
Gastrostomy feeding
Clinical Skills Required (Essential)
Tracheostomy suctioning
Ventilator management
Cough assist
PEG / Nutricia feed pump management
Secretion management
Recognition and escalation of respiratory deterioration
Safe medication administration
Candidates must be confident managing airway care independently overnight. xlqdzyr
Requirements
Female carer (package requirement)
Driver with full UK licence
Minimum 12 Months Complex Care Experience (HCA)
Active NMC registration (if applying as RN)
Experience in respiratory and ventilated patients
Calm and observant during night shifts
