Care Fertility is the UK’s leading fertility group, and our Bath clinic is seeking a compassionate, skilled, and motivated Fertility Nurse to join our dedicated team on a 12-month fixed term contract.
This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a highly specialised service supporting patients through every step of their fertility journey.
About The Role
As a key member of our clinical team, you will play an essential role in delivering exceptional, patient-centred care across the full fertility pathway. You’ll work closely with Consultants, Embryologists, and our wider nursing team to support high-quality treatment and a positive experience for all patients.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver safe, high-quality fertility nursing care across all treatment cycles
Perform phlebotomy and IV cannulation
Support theatre and recovery procedures, including preparation and post-procedure care
Undertake ultrasound scanning (highly desirable)
Assist with patient consultations, monitoring, and treatment planning
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold best practice standards
Work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team

Fertility nursing experience

Previous experience within a fertility, women’s health, or reproductive medicine setting
