🚨 Contract Opportunity – CCNP Network Support Engineer (SD-WAN) | Outside IR35 🚨
We’re currently looking for an experienced CCNP-level Network Support Engineer with SD-WAN experience to join a short-term contract supporting enterprise network environments across the UK.
📍 Location: UK-wide (Remote with travel to sites when required)
🕒 Contract Length: 3 Months
⚡ Start Date: ASAP
💼 Rate: Depending on experience Outside IR35
💰 Expenses: Travel expenses covered
Role Overview
You’ll be responsible for providing hands-on network support, troubleshooting, and maintenance across multiple customer sites. This role is primarily remote but will require occasional travel across the UK when on-site support is needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 2nd/3rd line network support across enterprise environments
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex routing, switching, and connectivity issues
Required Skills & Experience
- CCNP-level networking knowledge (certification preferred)
- Strong experience with Cisco routing & switching
- Hands-on experience with SD-WAN technologies
- Experience supporting enterprise WAN/LAN environments
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel across the UK when required
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
Nice to Have
- Experience with network security technologies (Firewalls, VPNs)
- Exposure to network monitoring / management tools
- Experience in multi-site enterprise environments
