Role background
We are looking for a Field CTO to lead Artificial’s forward-deployed engineering team, who are responsible for working directly with brokers, carriers, and MGAs to design, implement, and scale real-world solutions built on our platform.
This is a hands-on leadership role that combines technical depth with commercial awareness and operational excellence. You’ll manage a team of engineers embedded with clients, ensuring each engagement delivers measurable impact while feeding product insights back into the core platform.
You’ll work closely with our Co-CEOs, CTOs, and Commercial leadership to define our technical engagement model, shape the structure of the forward-deployed function, and represent Artificial’s technology vision to the market.
Please note, this is a hybrid role with 2–3 days per week based at our HQ or at client site (City of London).
