THE TEAM

Are you passionate about developing high-performing salespeople? Do you thrive in the field, coaching in real time and seeing capability turn into results? At GoFibre, we’re building something special and our Field Sales teams are at the heart of our growth. We’re looking for a Field Sales Onboarding & Coaching Lead to ensure every new Field Sales Executive is fully prepared, confident, and ready to deliver exceptional sales performance from day 1, onwards.

What You Will Be Working On

  • The full end-to-end onboarding experience for our Field Sales Executives, from first-day induction through to structured training
  • Lead engaging inductions that set clear expectations and inspire high standard
  • Deliver training that blends product knowledge, sales capability and customer-first behaviours
  • Coach side-by-side in the field, providing real-time feedback that sharpens performance
  • Support new starters through their ramp-up period to build confidence and consistency
  • Partner with Sales Leaders to identify development gaps and raise overall team capability
  • Assist with onboarding and coaching across our wider sales function, including Telesales and Loyalty teams when required
  • Continuously refine our onboarding journey to ensure it is efficient, practical and performance-focused
  • You’ll spend most of your time where it matters most, in the field. Regular travel and overnight stays are part of the role


What You Will Bring To The Role

  • Demonstrable experience in designing, producing and delivering high-quality sales training materials
  • Confident delivering group training and one to one field-based coaching for sales teams
  • Organised and self-motivated, able to manage onboarding across multiple locations
  • Experience coaching, mentoring or developing salespeople to improve sales performance and capability
  • A full UK driving license
