About the Role
The Onsite Service Engineer to be based between our UK Cambridge and Ely Locations. The role is responsible for the service and maintenance of our commercial surgical robotic systems for a range of internal customers. It plays a key role in ensuring maximum availability of systems for surgical demonstrations, training, clinical studies and upgrades.
Being based between our headquarters and manufacturing sites the role will closely work with key in-ternal teams enabling your development and performance. The position requires time to be spent be-tween the two locations relative to the current workload. On occasion and in response to business need, support of the field team in local surgical locations could be expected. The role will require prioritising and completing outstanding service work within defined deadlines.
