As a Field Service Technician will be responsible for initiating and executing field service activities at customer sites in a safe and efficient manner.

As a Field Service Technician will be responsible for initiating and executing field service activities at customer sites in a safe and efficient manner.

- Usually works with little to no supervision
- Works independently and has ability to lead/coach/guide/motivate
- Some travel required
- Education & Experience Requirements:
- Pump industry work experience preferred at least 2-3yr.
- Skill Requirements:
- Electrical ideally trained to at least Level 3 NVQ, 18th Edition and Inspection and Testing would be advantageous.
- Basic mechanical pump and system knowledge. Product Training will be given
- Work without direct supervision.
- Experience with Microsoft Office including smart devices
- Must have customer service experience
- Demonstrates critical thinking and troubleshooting ability
- Synthesizes technical information and communicates it clearly
- Derives insight from customer experience to produce outcomes and solve problems often in novel and unexpected ways
