Role description:

We are looking to recruit Field Technicians, to join our Site Evaluation and Restoration (SER) team delivering projects throughout the UK. As a Field Technician you will be an integrated member of our UK-wide Environmental team, working on projects across various industries.

The position is for field-based staff undertaking the collection of data to assist our construction projects as well as environmental and geo-environmental site assessments. Training will be provided to successful candidates so no previous experience is needed but you must be willing and able to work independently.

The core responsibilities of the role comprise:

• Environmental monitoring - Use of portable equipment such as surveying equipment, Photo Ionization Detectors (PIDs) and landfill gas analysers to collect data as specified by the Project Team.

Be self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

Willingness to work away from base location as the role primarily comprises working on client sites. Vehicles, equipment, overnight accommodation, and reasonable expenses are covered by the company whilst working away.

Good understanding of using basic software on devices such as android tablets to ensure all data capture is in a digital format immediately transferable from the field.
