Ocean Infinity is seeking a Finance Admin Assistant to provide day-to-day operational support to the Finance function by administering key “employee spend” systems — Expenses, Travel and Time reporting — ensuring accurate user access, policy compliance, clean data flows to Finance, and timely support to the business. The role will also support treasury administration including payment support and general finance admin.
What You Will Do
Expenses – System administration & controls
- Own day-to-day administration of Yokoy: user setup, roles, and troubleshooting (including SSO/profile issues).
- Support expense policy compliance: ensure correct approvals, spend limits, delegation rules, and receipt requirements are followed.
