Finance Analyst – Restaurants
Hybrid based in the Dunstable office 3 days a week
Drive financial strategy at the heart of our restaurant business. As a Finance Analyst, you’ll be the commercial engine behind our drinks portfolio—partnering with the Commercial Marketing Director for Restaurants to unlock growth, profitability, and operational excellence.
From pricing and cost of sales to product mix and margin optimisation, you’ll deliver sharp financial insights that challenge performance and shape decision-making. Working closely with our Commercial Drinks and Procurement teams, you’ll provide financial insight, challenge performance, and ensure targets are met across pricing, cost of sales, and product mix. You’ll also help streamline processes and lead impactful projects across the wider F&B Commercial team.

What you’ll need
- Finance qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) completed or in progress – study support provided.
- Commercial acumen - understanding of operational business drivers and levers impacting sales & margin
- Exposure to roles where Finance acts as a key business partner
- Ability to interpret, present, and communicate financial data to non-financial audiences.
- Experience partnering with the business in a finance role and working with spreadsheet-based models.
- Proven ability to deliver accurately under pressure and to tight deadlines.
