As a Finance & Business Management Analyst in the Markets Technology team, you will provide comprehensive financial and strategic support to a pillar of our Technology organization. You will work closely with stakeholders across Technology, Finance, Strategy, and Front Office, helping us deliver on our business goals. You will play a key role in tracking financials, communicating risks and accomplishments, and optimizing processes. Job Responsibilities
- Partner with technology teams to drive transparency and accountability of financials.
- Hold monthly business review meetings on financial results, risks, issues, and demand management.
- Experience in Business Management or strategy roles.
- Ability to synthesize information and formulate a compelling story for Senior Management.
- Experience in Financial Services or Technology.
- Experience supporting technology teams within a financial services environment.
- Familiarity with project tracking, financial reporting tools, and technology cost allocation.
- Exposure to business controls forums or committees.
- Experience communicating with senior stakeholders.
- Knowledge of workforce, location strategy planning, and variance analysis.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Technology, or a related field.
