Investigo is partnering with a growing services business based in Milton Keynes looking to recruit a Finance Business Partner. This is a commercially focused role designed to support the business in delivering its strategic objectives through strong financial insight and stakeholder engagement.
The role will involve a small element of month-end responsibilities, but the primary focus will be on building relationships across the business, partnering with operational leaders and providing financial guidance to support performance, decision making and long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with operational and commercial teams to support delivery of company strategy.
- Provide financial insight and analysis to support business performance and decision-making.
- Develop strong relationships with non-finance stakeholders across the organisation.
- Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes.
- Deliver clear reporting and performance analysis to highlight risks and opportunities.
- Assist with tenders, business cases and strategic initiatives where required.
About You
- Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA).
- Experience in a Finance Business Partner, Management Accountant or Commercial Finance role.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence non-finance stakeholders.
- Commercially minded with strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Comfortable working in a collaborative, relationship-driven environment.
