We’re looking for a Finance Business Partner to work at the heart of our Tech finance function, driving performance, value and smart decision‑making.
About The Role
Reporting to the Finance Director for Technology & Central Functions, you’ll partner closely with Technology Directors and leadership teams to understand cost drivers, challenge assumptions and maximise value. This is a highly visible role where your insight directly supports transformation and performance, while also requiring a hands‑on approach and a willingness to get into the detail.

About The Role
Reporting to the Finance Director for Technology & Central Functions, you’ll partner closely with Technology Directors and leadership teams to understand cost drivers, challenge assumptions and maximise value. This is a highly visible role where your insight directly supports transformation and performance, while also requiring a hands‑on approach and a willingness to get into the detail.
You will also:
- Provide insightful, KPI‑driven analysis to influence strategic and operational decisions
- An excellent communicator who can guide non‑finance stakeholders with confidence
- Strong analytical and commercial mindset with the ability to challenge and influence
- Solid understanding of technology cost drivers (cloud, SaaS, licensing models)
- Comfortable working at pace in a complex environment
- Proven experience in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting and performance management
- Experience partnering with Technology, Digital or transformation teams (desirable)
- Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACA, ACCA or equivalent)
