  • Lead statutory and management control frameworks, ensuring robust governance and an audit-ready finance environment
  • Own cash flow forecasting, management reporting, and financial recommendations to the Executive Team and Board
  • Lead cash flow forecasting, working capital and treasury activities; manage liquidity, banking relationships, FX exposure and short-term funding within agreed risk appetite

  • Lead finance systems transformation and the evolution of the finance operating model (process, systems and organisational design)
  • Establish governance for AI and automation across finance processes to futureproof controls, capability and scalability
  • Provide input and constructive challenge on major commercial, investment and M&A decisions; escalate financial risk where appropriate
  • Lead, develop and performance-manage the finance team, building a resilient function with clear accountability, capability and succession
  • Own end-to-end corporate tax compliance and reporting, including filings, tax provisions, and management of external advisors and tax authorities
  • Lead tax planning and risk mitigation strategies (domestic and cross-border), maintain tax policy/documentation, and ensure controls and audit readiness for tax positions
  • Manage VAT/GST lifecycle and compliance across jurisdictions: ensure correct VAT treatment of transactions, timely returns, recovery of input VAT, and accurate VAT accounting in the GL

  • Qualifications:

    • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
    • Ongoing commitment to professional development

    Skills & Experience:

    • Deep technical accounting and financial control expertise
    • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate data into clear recommendations
    • Systems-literate, with experience working with modern cloud finance platforms and BI tools
    • Clear communicator, comfortable presenting complex financial matters to non-financial audiences
    • Strong people leadership and coaching capability
    • High personal integrity and sound judgement
    • Pragmatic, outcomes-focused and comfortable balancing control with pace
    • Curious and improvement-oriented, with a willingness to modernise how finance operates
  • Confident challenging constructively and acting as a trusted advisor to the executive team and Board-level stakeholders
  • Senior finance leadership experience in a multi-entity, international business
  • Proven ownership of month-end close, statutory reporting and audit processes
  • Strong FP&A and commercial finance experience, influencing senior stakeholders
  • Hands-on experience leading finance systems implementations or major process transformation
  • Track record of managing cash, working capital and banking relationships
  • Experience operating in a growth or change environment; M&A exposure desirable but not essential

  • What We Offer:

    • Opportunities for professional growth and development as part of a global company.
    • A collaborative and supportive work environment.
    • The chance to work with industry-leading experts and over a diverse range of topics and projects.
