- Prepare and oversee accurate financial reports and budgets.
- Manage financial controls and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Analyse financial data to provide insights and support strategic decisions.
- Supervise and mentor junior finance team members.
- Coordinate with external auditors and manage audit processes.
- Ensure timely submission of tax and regulatory filings.
- Develop and improve financial systems and processes.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Profile
A successful Finance Manager should have:
